Civil Engineering has had and will always have a major impact on today's society without civil engineers we wouldn't have roads, buildings, airports, etc. In my tour, there is about half of the locations have insane infrastructures that have been over years and years and have not been torn or remodeled. There are also brides that are insanely long one in particular is the Brooklyn bride they spend years building it and had several people lose their lives in order to build the brides which is crazy to think about but thanks to their hard work and dedication they have gave the people and tourist a beautiful view from an insane height from the water. These buildings and brides have pursued me in pursuing a career in Civil Engineering I would love to one day design and build many builds not just in the US but also around the world, buildings that will last decades there. First, I must keep working hard in all my courses to be able to move closer to my goal of becoming a civil engineer. Throughout the research, I found several locations I didn't mention that were interesting such as the Denver International Airport which is a super long runway and possibly taking them over years to design and build as well. One thing I have always wondered is how in the world they manage to design such insane buildings, roadways, or airports runways in such a matter of months or how they think outside the box.
